PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday through Friday. (If you ordered on Friday or on weekends, your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
We do not offer international shipping currently.
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the tracking number has been generated.
You may return unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
You must contact us first before returning your package by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (914) 310-4076 during our normal business hours. All NYC Hair Warehouse products must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the package has been opened or altered in any fashion. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer any refunds at any time after a purchase has been completed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We also offer exchanges. When contacting us regarding your return, just let us know that you would like to do an exchange instead of receive a refund. You will be responsible for paying the price difference (if any). Your replacement order will be shipped AFTER your original order has been received back at our warehouse in its original condition (unopened and undamaged). The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
To ensure on-time delivery, all orders are processed daily so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is completed. We do offer exchanges within 7 days.
